I have been to many campsites but this one is surely different. The water trail that goes through the campsite adds charm to the place. The food is very delicious. The camps are basic but clean and beautiful. All in all a place must try for everyone reading this.

Escape tribal camps is small site around 30 mins walk from tiger fall. The best part of the camp was the service ,the staff took all the pain in getting what we ordered and kept the bonfire running till we asked them to stop .Food was homely and tasty there is small stream running by the camps however it was almost dry when we visited may be it can be full of water during the monsoons but overall it was great & peacefully stay and hotel staff was very helpful. Also on the day of checkout do visit deoban which is equally great and totally worth visiting if you are coming all the way to Chakrata. Cons: No music you need to carry your own speakers , no games or activities which many other camp sites in the vicinity provides. Pros: location , excellent staff, good food, proximity to tiger fall

No wifi. Limited mobile network but there sure was a connection. The campsite is surrounded by nature on all side. The staff is very courteous and the food is homecooked. Best of all, tiger falls is just a 15 mins walk down from the campsite.

I have never want to rate hotel terrible but the Shameless way this hotel has acted in nothing less than that. I had a confirmed booking through expedia 7358495833170 and it was a booking with free cancellation till 14th June and Pay at hotel. Now I called up the hotel for some direction and then the owner Shashank (8826915266) that pay at hotel is not available. I told him to send the link and as I was travelling I could not pay up the next day and then without informing me Shashank simply cancelled my booking without any information. One of the very bad experience I ever had with any hotel. I am also a bit sacred by the way Mr. Shashank spoke to me in the phone. So be careful about staying with them.
